Diagnostics
If your computer is currently running slower than it was, or if you
have suddenly encountered some type of problem with it, then we at
DatacomUK have the tools and programs to diagnose the fault, if we are
unable to rectify the problem on site we may need to return it to our
base where we have more extensive equipment to deal with it.
Depending on the cause of the problem, we will be able to give you a
quote for the cost of repair. This will always be discussed with you,
the customer, and any further action will be your choice. |
